FTRB Payment Method
I acknowledge that New Faith S.A.S. (“Faith Connexion”) is providing me with a way to directly purchase certain goods available on its ecommerce store www.faithconnexion.com in exchange for a certain number of Faith Tribe, or FTRB tokens, an ERC20 token with the contract address 0x2596825a84888E8f24b747DF29e11b5dd03C81D7 on the Ethereum blockchain and/or 0xC3f56d567E7663e8932E65d85ae4be7Eb5575cA7 on the Polygon Blockchain (“Payment Method”).
Faith Connexion may not make Payment Method available in all markets and jurisdictions, and may restrict or prohibit Payment from the U.S. or foreign jurisdictions ("Restricted Locations").
You further represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any Restricted Locations; and (ii) you will not use this Payment Method if any applicable laws in your country prohibit you from doing so.
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency protocols, transactions can't be cancelled or reversed once initiated. If you sent funds to the wrong wallet address, you will need to contact the receiving party and ask for their cooperation in returning the funds. If you do not know the owner of the address, there are no possible actions you can take to retrieve the funds. We are not responsible for any loss of tokens as a result of the transaction, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the tokens are sent to the correct wallet address.
We do not offer refunds. In case of returns, customers will be awarded shopping credits redeemable on the ecommerce store, or will be allowed to exchange for a different size. If the item is on sale customer will not be allowed to return or exchange them.
